Should Kyler choose baseball or football? Baseball Which sport is he better at? Football I watched Kyler on the baseball field at OU, and while he is a good athlete, I didn't think for one second that he was the best player on the field. His speed is what got him that #9 pick. If you ask me, he's better at football. When choosing baseball or football it's a safe bet to go the baseball route, but I think it would have taken him a long time to find success in baseball.2 points

Note how quickly this has died down since there is no evidence to back his claims......2 points

Crosby’s district was very strong and balanced. Just have to match up out of the gate in playoffs with the Manvels and Fort Bend Marshall’s of the Greater Houston Area1 point

I get it. Sort of. But to list a school you never played a down for... shrug. If he screws up at TAMU—C....I’d rather it be listed DHS anyway. Lmao.1 point

I have lived in East Texas my whole life. I remember one good snow 2" or more many times at least once a year but starting around the early 80's the temps in the winter time averaged a little higher, one of the reasons I know is because I worked for Arkla Gas and at that time they depended on gas sales in the winter time to make a lot of their profits. Gas was regulated differently in those days because Arkla also owned a production company called Arkla Exploration and since they flowed most of their wells into a transmission system owned by Arkla Gas if we didn't make it in the winter we was in trouble in the summer. They had trouble making it because it did not get really cold as in the past. At that time Arkla could sale gas at any temp below 45 degrees and all day at that. In my view it is warmer, not near as cold.1 point

Finally got around to updating the Rockwall game log for the Lobos after their 52-49 overtime defeat to the Jackets last Friday. https://lobohistory.com/basketball/lobos/gamelogs/rockwall.html What a great effort against a top 5 state ranked team, but it wasn't to be, and Lobos close the regular season are 26-8 (7-5). Lady Lobos face off against Waco Midway tonight in Athens.1 point

I assume you're talking about UT haha. The wins against Baylor, WVU, and Kansas have been huge. What hurts them (and me as a fan) is that they play to level of their competition and lose games they shouldn't. And then they turn around and hand it to these ranked teams. It bugs me. They will probably make the tournament, but who's to say how far they'll go.1 point

1 and done is stupid... My structure would be: - Choose college you are ineligible for the NBA draft for 2 years. - Forego college and enter the draft. If you go undrafted you are immediately eligible for NBA Developmental leagues (G-League). - Expand the NBA draft to 3-4 rounds to designate certain players to that league at a flat salary of $350k/yr etc... All this will do is allow schools to recruit kids who want to be in college and develop their skills. We will see the strengths of individual coaching like Coach K who can take a kid that can't hit a 15 footer and have him hitting every 15 footer that 2nd year. We will know the players at our schools again. It will also increase marketability of the G-League and the increase in salary of that league will keep some of the money-only kids away from college.1 point

I know this conversation has probably come up here, but what do y'all think about the one and done rule? The more I watch college basketball since the rule has been in place I personally don't like it. I think they should go back to you're either drafted out of HS or you spend at least 3 years at a university. It may not be the best route for the players, but it makes college basketball a lot more interesting in my opinion.1 point

i filled a few of those AOC's out. Nobody cared unless something happens....Nobody cares about her either, if she wasn't so ignorant she wouldn't be getting the face time she gets now but the little cable guys love her, and I love her but for different reasons I think she is good at explaining the dimwit party and what they believe.1 point
