Been watching a special on Sinkholes. Durn things pop up - well wasn’t that a bad choice of words - they’re happening all over the globe. The thing is, when one happens in your neighborhood, the price of everyone’s home goes down faster than a, well, sinkhole. So here’s something else that affect the value of your home, even worse.1 point

I think if the big 5* WR from Cali. visits, Texas can land him. The other big WR take will probably be the kid from Temple. Omeire probably ends up at a&m.1 point

This is already a topic on SDC. Both deserve the criticism they deserve.1 point

Nobody is hyping anything and the idiots are the ones who still think this had anything to do with football. Yes, this is about the girls and their parents, which is why the plaintiff in this case should've gone after the alleged perpetrator and not the school district. There's only one person who should be ashamed in any of this, and i suspect he's got to be pretty embarrassed and ashamed by this point. I've already expressed the same sentiments as your last sentence.1 point

Anybody who is hyping this decision in favor of Carthage football is an idiot/hypocrite. It"s about the girl and her family PERIOD. You should be ashamed of yourselves. If i was dad, I would be in prison.1 point

Of course you disagree, I wouldn’t expect anything else. Are you referring to baylor cupp as a once in a decade type TE? WR???? Are you kidding me??? Lol..Bru McCoy will tip your best and he hasn’t played yet. There’s also Collin Johnson and Devin Duvernay coming back. Texas has way more depth too.1 point

I think that’s stretching it for sure. But each gets their own opinion. Let’s break down positions. Qb-Texas RB-wash both have depth and WR- A&M TE- Idk what Texas even has there but A&M has a 5 star freshman that’s a once in a decade type athlete at the position so we will see. OL- A&M DL-A&M LB-Texas DB-Texas K/P- A&M i don’t think texas is more talented at all. I also don’t even come close to thinking that it was Texas easy choice either last year or this year.1 point

Last year I’d say it was very close between Texas and A&M honestly. Too close to call. Texas looked good vs a couple of opponents and also looked bad against some with bad losses. Same thing for A&M. Both showed flashes of good and needs work. I don’t think one was hands down better or proved a ton more the other. As for next year it’s another hard to tell. I truthfully think A&M is will be the better more complete team, but Texas might finish with a better record simply because of how tough A&Ms schedule is. A&M will have 4 preseason top 10 teams on the schedule, 3 of them on the road. Texas has two teams of that caliber on the schedule and it’s neutral site and a home game. So I think Texas probably finishes with 1 or maybe 2 more wins than A&M, but isn’t necessarily the “better team” of the two. Just has an easier road.1 point

There's a big difference in Google and Facebook. Google is used as a search site, Facebook as a social media site. People use Google to search for information, while Facebook is to keep up with friends, family, and for some to play games or what not. When Google places stories on second or third pages where you actually have to dig for the truth vs. on the first page of their search engine it makes finding the information harder. While I do use Google on occasion I do have to search through page after page for certain articles I'm looking for from unbiased sources. Even today trying to look up information on my first descendant to come to America to show my brother, I could not find the Pennsylvania publication that was once there. What's also strange is, in my 50 years of being alive I have never had one single politician knock on my door for a vote or even one of their supporters. The only place I've seen them is if I had to go see them myself at a County Fair, Airport, or other location. The only way to find that information today is online, since many don't subscribe to newspapers as we did in the 70's-early 00's in my lifetime.1 point

I think the new turf is down. Pressbox looks great and the yellow 'J' in the middle of the blue reserved section is really nice! I wish they had done that with a 'C' at bulldog stadium. It's going to be a very nice venue when it's all done.1 point

If family really cared they would be doing this for justice and go after the person not the schools that's just a attempt at a money grab-1 points

hahaha, as A&M is just trying to trend to be within the top 3 in the state...and get within 50% in the series with Texas...I wouldn't call it a rivalry until the Aggies are say within 20 wins of the Horns head-to-head (currently 37-76-5) may just try top 5 in the Ark-La-Tex...may be tough-1 points

Your schedule is slightly tougher. The sec keeps proven to be a couple of good teams and a bunch of worn out name recognition teams. Texas did struggle with some of those teams, but your perception of the big 12 skews your decision. The big 12 proved to be tougher than people thought down the stretch. Both teams can improve, but from a talent standpoint I’d pick Texas hands down. Last year it was Texas, easy choice. Same for this year.-1 points
