  2. And the Dems are between a rock & a hard spot. She’s a perfect candidate. Only way is to attack her Christianity, which will alienate many Americans. No doubt Dems are now on their knees praying to their golden calf to help them. Good luck with that. Here’s Pelosi. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/nancy-pelosi-says-trump-is-in-a-hurry-to-confirm-barrett-so-she-can-invalidate-obamacare/ar-BB19tj3L?ocid=uxbndlbing And here’s a side story.

  5. We went there a few weeks back, they demanded masks. We turned around and took our $ elsewhere (olive garden.) As of right now most of our $ spent at restaurants in tyler has been at on the border and olive garden. They're not being mask nazi's and will be rewarded for it. Ps, you're correct. Their business, their choice to lose customers.

  6. As another data point with Mond, my college roommate’s daughter went to school with Mond in San Antonio (prior to attending IMG) and had nothing kind to say about him. Said college roommate, who is knowledgeable in football, commented years ago that Mond is not a good QB and not just in the physical sense. No bias intended or implied.

  12. .... where we as a nation would be if aLGore had beaten GWB, if the Hilldabeast had beaten President Trump? .... The Supreme Court would be packed with ultra liberal activist judges who ignore our Constitution and legislate from the bench .... Eight years of Obama was bad enough and took us to the brink of no return .... Thank God President Trump gas righted the ship and has beaten back the evil the dimocrats have unleashed on America .... I just hope we have another conservative man or woman waiting in the wings to take up the mantle in 2024 ....

  25. Absolutely no doubt they could run the table but I think it will be tougher this year than the last 2 years. Region 2 is a gauntlet. You can’t have a bad week in the playoffs and expect to survive in this region.

  26. This was the best choice. Period. Being on the field for the National Anthem used to only be a thing for the NFL during the SB... Then it became a regular thing, now people protest it and it becomes divisive... The best way To prevent the conflict is to completely avoid it. Anyone who gets pissed about that needs to go eat poop and kick rocks.

  27. After watching that again, I'm not sure that wasn't a fumble recovered by Van at about the 3:17:40 mark. Honestly, I can't tell if it was or wasn't but makes you think how close this game was and how evenly matched the teams were. Could have easily gone either way. Great effort from both sides. I like this match-up and hope we schedule every year.

  28. If any of you are the morons on ESPNU Radio trying to figure out why LSU looked so bad yesterday: There were 2 returning starters on Offense. There were 2 returning starters on Defense. I believe the punter and kicker both also returned... LSU is going to be awful... Look at these 2 depth charts... quite a few of the guys on the 2020 depth chart aren't even listed on the 2019 depth chart... https://www.ourlads.com/ncaa-football-depth-charts/depth-chart/lsu/90981

  31. Mond has had two great games in his career. 7OT versus LSU and the Clemson game at Kyle Field. Other than that, he’s been far more below average then average. The Clemson game last year where he pouted, he did absolutely nothing until the last half of the 4th quarter. Kid is athletic but has 0 QB awareness. I think about Bama’s QBs under Saban. McElroy, McCarron. Not physically gifted but smart QBs. Game managers, not game changers. Jimbo won’t do it but I hope Calzada goes in against Bama. Let’s see if he can do what Mond can’t.

  34. Impressive Wins: Gladewater, Columbus, Llano, Mineola Bad Loss: Rockdale, Wall Gladewater doubles up Tatum, both of which are highly ranked. Columbus continues to impressive with a thorough win over 4A Smithville. Llano with a shutout win over what appears to be a sold Ballinger team. Mineola with a quality win over what was a top 10 team in DCTF rankings. Not sure what is going on with Rockdale. Last week's loss to Bellville was not concerning to me, but this one to McGregor is very alarming. I'm giving the Tigers one more shot as they have a tremendous amou

  35. Overall, I was pleased last night. Just looking at the squads, you’d say there is no way Alto can hang around with these guys for 3 quarters. Game got away from us in the 4th, but we played 3 solid quarters of very physical football. Seemed like teams were on a knee every time we turned around and I hope all the injured are ok this morning. (I know my son’s legs look like they’ve been through a meat grinder). Game could’ve easily been tied at the half. Instead, SA was able to complete a jump ball TD at the goal line from probably 30-35 yards out with time expiring as the ball was in the air. W

  38. So the most basic question to know where everyone stands is, where do you draw the line on what the government can tell you to do? Mask mandates are not "Law", as in they have not been sent before the legislature to be voted on by our representatives, so then it becomes a matter of what power is given to the executive branch in a "Pandemic". I think there is some legal gray area there. Beyond that, you are talking about events that are sanctioned by other entities. Could the UIL or another state's sanctioning body require you to wear a mask if we weren't in a pandemic? What's to st
