Yeah, I mean, obviously I have no vested interest in UT doing well, but it seems obvious that UT would go after a known quantity. Whoever the next guy is, he would absolutely have to be someone with skins on the wall and legit credentials. It just doesn't make sense to go after someone with only mid-tier success. I wouldn't be for it at all. Some may argue, 'Well it was UNT'. It was UNT for Dan McCarney too, and he won nearly as many games his first season as Dodge did in 4. Seth Littrell has had success there too. I would just prefer a coach who's won more than just at the HS level. I'd also strongly prefer the next coach already be proven.

I have destroyed enough smart phones to keep a Chinese phone factory in business ... I went through about 3 Blackberrys a year when I was working for BCBSTX ... I also broke several of my personal smartphones ... I dropped a new Blacberry in a bucket of hot tar on top of a roof one time, dropped another one in a pedicure bath, dropped one in a commode ... I found out real fast that water fries Blackberries before quick ... I went from iPhones to Androids several years ago .... my favorite phone of all time was a little Motorola flip phone ....

I'll say it, I dont think we win by 14...... MV offense scares me because they will make our defense tackle in space and that's hard to consistently do.... the GW defense has struggled at times this season tackling in space as it is, this fast break offense will the toughest test yet.... Luckily we have an explosive offense of our own but I dont see either team winning by more than one score... Likely a 49-42 type of game hopefully with GW on top.

I am 100% on board with each team playing a 10 game conference schedule then expanding the playoff field to 8. I think a conference only schedule has made this one of my favorite seasons ever. I also think if we get rid of regular season OOC games, it will make EVERY bowl game more exciting to watch. It will be our measuring stick and teams might be more motivated to play in the non NY6 bowls if its the only OOC team they play.
