I believe the WAC will be better overall. Especially since SFA, Sam, ACU and Lamar will join an already competitive conference. The WAC has better fan attendance over all than the Southland. New Mexico State has been the SFA of that conference I think. Also Grand Canyon should be very good... Maybe someone with better knowledge than me can comment further.

Actually was the head baseball coach before becoming the full time AD. I'm actually a huge fan of the full time AD, regardless of school size. IMHO, doing what is best for all sports should be the goal of the AD, too many head football coaches could care less about other sports.
