The blasphemy on this website. 1 decent season out of 3 in the spread? 2 first round exits and a losing season. 3 Seasons back in the Slot T and 8-3, 14-2 state runner ups, and 8-4, and still getting the "eh they would be better in something else". I bet a lot of schools will take a couple playoff wins a year and an occasional state run over first round exits. It amazes me some think that their best season in 2 decades would have been even better (by one game) in another system.4 points

I had a 4/5 grade on him. Little high. Iowa produces good solid football players. Not a pure pass rusher but kid can do a little bit of everything good.2 points

President Joe Biden, contrary to expectations, said something consequential in his first address to members of Congress…by mistake. It was a whopper that went unnoticed on Wednesday night; with just a few ill-chosen words Biden utterly toppled any justification for the Green New Deal, which plays a central role in his $2.3 trillion American Jobs Plan and which, without a doubt, puts our economy at risk. This is what he said, according to a New York Times transcript of the president’s remarks: "The United States accounts, as all of you know, for less than 15 percent of carbon emissions. The rest of the world accounts for 85 percent. That’s why I kept my commitment to rejoin the Paris Accord, because if we do everything perfectly, it’s not going to matter." That was not in the version of the speech the White House handed out ahead of time. No wonder House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Vice President Kamala Harris looked visibly anxious throughout the president’s remarks: they were petrified he could make just exactly this kind of goof. This is not a "gotcha moment", where a politician is caught embellishing his life story or fabricating excuses for some misdeed. On the contrary, Joe Biden was being honest. And, for once in his life, Joe Biden was completely correct. Even if the Biden White House clobbers our economy, puts every last coal miner and oil driller out of work and drives down U.S. fossil fuel production and consumption, it will barely bend the curve on rising global emissions. https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/joe-biden-100-days-truth-us-emissions-liz-peek2 points

78 year low. 22.6 Million. Dare I say, the same guy that got 81 Million votes. Somehow the math just doesn’t add up. But alas, according to the MSM, everything was on the up & up. CBS was so excited that he got an 80% poll approval, they forgot to mention that no one was watching.2 points

AAC, ACC, Big XII, Big Ten, CUSA, MAC, MWC, Pac 12, SEC, and Sun Belt. Ten conference champs, six at-large bids. The at-large bids can all be runner-up Power 5 schools for all I care. Also don't care how you seed them, because in a "true" playoff it won't matter. The first time a #16-seed MAC champ whips a #1-seed SEC champ it'll be worth it.2 points

It’s been a run on them. If Dallas wants one it’s now at 99. Waiting to 115 it’ll be worse.1 point

Same thing for the college campus police. At least the Sheriff has to answer to the voters.1 point

Lineman that wrestle are guys to keep an eye on. You gotta be athletic to do it.1 point

So if every perp has 100% compliance you think cops would shoot more of them than if cops had better training? Jett, i know you hate cops but that’s complete nonsense! Stop resisting/fighting/ running with pd and all but just a few of these shootings don’t happen!1 point

Actually like this pick, a big guy in the middle, has wrestling experience, someone besides Jerry picked this guy. LOL1 point

Take the Washington kid from TCU at safety. Short but kids a player. Take a 1T at 99. Be a great close to the 3rd round.1 point

At least he's in the Top 10 at #7 with some draft prognostications, and that he would be either a first round or early second round pick. We'll see if he can bring that to the field in the next few years. Hopefully, Trevon Diggs can learn from his rookie mistakes last year.1 point
-
I agree. They start doing that then it would just open a whole can of worms for other things for them to want to ban, like unhealthy foods. I believe they're already doing that at the public schools cafeterias.1 point

I wasn’t giving the cop a pass. He very well could’ve screwed up and rushed to using the pistol, but the surest way to make sure a cop doesn’t shoot you is to not be stupid.1 point

Good question I guess. I do know the majority of folks are happy. Anything is better than what we/they had as an AD an a football coach. Things had really gone down hill in ALL the programs. Good man/ good christian is great put that's not what an AD/ HFC gets paid for. There's a such a thing as having both.1 point

Keep an eye on Trevon Moehrig S TCU if Dallas does a trade up from 2.44.1 point

These are they types of interactions I don't get, had he tazed this guy he would've been able to detain him or at least have him down while backup is on the way.. taze him again if he moves1 point

Damn, taser would've done him in... that guy was clearly on something or not in his right mind and the officer didn't need to fire that many times1 point

Been wondering how long before the Comsuming Police started treading on blacks. Most minorities think Big Govt is great. We know Big Govt is intrusive. Banning a favorite product of blacks will expose the black community to the insidious dangers of Big Government. We all know they want to ban free speech, guns, beef, pork, gasoline, and religion. Hopefully, if enough realize that our freedoms are being taken away, we can make these Socialist/Communist a footnote in history.1 point

Preaching to the choir brother, you always solidify your offensive line, especially in today's NFL. Years ago, you might be able to get away with a weak lineman, and always run to the opposite side and hope they cut off someone from the backside. But today, you have to have athletic O-lineman at every position. If not, you get to be Sam Darnold or Joe Burrow, running for your life the entire game. Which could happen to Dak this year also, especially if they don't pick up a decent lineman in round 2.1 point

I will have to disagree respectfully of course. I believe Gunter was just way more physical on that day. In the 2nd half they basically ran 3 plays midline buck sweep and Belly G and scored 3 tds in the 2nd half.1 point

Head football only can be a great job, as long as you like how the AD handles off season, sharing athletes time, etc between sports.1 point
-
AD responsibilities are not easy, it is really a thankless job (if it is done right). You will never make everybody happy and the paperwork and time is more than most would think (if done right). If you are a football coach, and not a power hungry guy, then being the Head Football Coach only is a pretty sweet gig.1 point

I don't think he gets it. "The People" in "We The People" are separate from "The Government". The Constitution doesn't start with "We The Government". It starts with "We The People".1 point
