Trust me I know plenty about building and sustaining a program. And I am not listening to slaps. You guys getting all butt hurt over someone stating things they have heard. What have y'all seen out of Waskom that would make you think things are going to be good next year. Lost your 2 best returning players. Several kids talking about not playing. Lost best freshman lineman. Have exactly 1 returning on defense as other has told several he is not playing. You guys need to wake up and get ahold of things over there. Again I am not listening to "outsiders" or "slaps" but people plugged in. No one has said anything bad other than asking why so many kids are not playing or leaving.

Freshman left for baseball so he would’ve left either way. It’s okay though I’d just “Drop” it if you know what I mean. 😉

This is what I'm saying when I say people dismiss what Keeling did in his time in Waskom. The phrase, "Waskom will be Waskom" was never said prior to Keeling. After Keeling's tenure, there are high expectations that Waskom never had. The "lots of speed" you mentioned was not evident in the track program after looking at the district/area results.  Waskom has always had kids that could run. Keeling built a championship program with the WHAT he did and HOW he did it, there is more to it than "lots of speed."

You also mentioned that you were "glad" to see those two kids leave your program AND it may have actually been a positive and been what was truly best for the program. But we will know the answer to that very soon. When kids start to leave, it is usually the tip of the iceberg and you can expect to lose other kids. I hope this is not the case and Waskom continues to be relevant as Keeling made them instead of the door mat they were before he got there. Good luck to you Waskom Wildcats.

    Who made Keeling relevant?

Like I was saying. People so quickly dismiss the impact Keeling had on that place and think just because there "athletes to work with" the same results are going to follow.

Who has dismissed the impact Keeling had at Waskom? I know it’s not any of the Waskom fans.

Well let’s see. Tatum’s head coach left for his hometown and Tatum had to make a hire. Tatum didn’t want to make a hire, we had to make a hire. It’s worth mentioning that those same kids would have been in Tatum when they were 10 years old had our previous Supt let Keeling bring is coaches with him 7 years ago. Get out of your feelings. It’s not about your Dawgs. It looks suspicious no matter where it happens when a single coach/teacher is hired and just happens to have a highly recruited kid.

What about the kids that transferred whose parents aren’t working in Tatum?

Ya us and daingerfield can do that we both have the backing in the 🏆 case to talk like that to each other but being your first time to the 4th round and your record being what it is just don't give you the backing you need to come in here talking smack cause you going to look dumb when you get exposed Friday

What's this got to do with this game? I remember our first time to State...do you?

Who was the guy that held?, outside receiver ran a 7 yd hitch the slot ran a corner route so nobody was there to hold, in fact if you watched the film you will see the receiver was grabbed when he went by the defender but he still made the catch. Also NO WR players left the sideline and no coaches hit or slammed an opposing player so for those that have said that you are wrong, the 2 men that left the stands and came across the field after the fight should have been escorted out of the stadium so they would not have been able to have tried to go back on after the game.

If you watched film you would know it wasn’t a pass play he’s referring to. You WR guys want people to drop it but yet y’all keep coming in here flapping them gums. WR won end of story.
