I'm like Kirt when it comes to snakes; If I see them first, I will get a stick & hold down about an inch behind their head & pick them up... If they are nonpoisonous I usually set them free somewhere else; If it's a moccasin, rattler or copperhead, Shame on them! I cut their head off & throw them into the ditch. WASPS are Mean Devils who like to gang up on a man & sting him ALL Over! Luckily, I am not allergic; I have been stung as much as 30-40 times At The SAME time! That Hurts!

Which brings us back full circle to my original point; If they want to pull a driver over, & get his DL & issue a citation for running a red light... Fine! No Problem whatsoever! But to have a third party Mail a ticket to the owner of a vehicle that runs a red light with photographic evidence which FAILS to CLEARLY IDENTIFY the driver of the vehicle is PURE, Unadulterated BS , & I will NOT pay this TAX.

ALL of that is True.... BUT, if you Can't PROVE who was driving, You have NO CASE!....Finding the Vehicle proves NOTHING... Again, The vehicle didn't drive itself; The DRIVER did, & the OWNER might not be the driver.

Still gotta Prove who was driving the vehicle, Suppose driver "B" flees & gets away? Do you issue the Owner a ticket & sue him for damages? I think NOT!
