Worked with JIm Kerbow, spent lots hours discussing off-season, offense, defense, hiring staff,head coaching, etc....this guy can get it done. When you get your first head coaching gig not many of us got a job a bunch of people wanted. I know my first gig was coming off back to back 2-8 seasons and ain;t seen the playoffs since "Moby Dick was a minnow." It turned out alright stayed their 14 years and in the play-offs 11 of them. My best deal was that the coaches that stayed were willing to work, willing to study the game. My first meeting with the 4 guys staying I asked "Any you guys ever coached the 50 monster defense, 1 guy held up his hand, "I said you are the DC, he stayed my DC for 14 years. Give the man a shot, support him and his staff.....just sayin'.
