Has anyone had a team cancel from their tournament due to Basketball playoffs?

Isn't district's 20 and 21 going to be weak this year? No one in those district that can hang with District 18 or the Cayuga/ Cross Roads district.

One of the best catchers in the area is in district 21A. He caught the Mitchell kid's 95 mph fast ball with less than 1 pass ball a game and throw out runners at a 70% clip and he will be a soph this year.

How is #5 health after carrying the ball 38 times? Heard he got knocked out one play, and was slow getting up on several other plays.

West Sabine does not have enough pitching to hang with the horns. The horns in two!

Lovelady scored 7 runs in the 2nd game and only 1 in the first! Must of had something to do with the pitching.

Besides Grapeland who is on a roll right now and is a sure thing. Then I will have to go with McLeod in 2, West Sabine in 3(after Mitchell, Alto has no pitching), Carlisle in 2 (carlisle has the pitching to compete with Grapeland)

What 8 teams win their games this weekend and play in the regional quarterfinals in 1A region 3? I will take Avery over Overton, Beckville over McLeod, West Sabine over Cayuga, Lovelady over Alto, Maud over Fruitvale, Carlisle over North Hopkins, Chester over Cross Roads, and for sure Grapeland over Cushing.

This post as been taken all wrong. I do believe Grapeland is a very good team that can make it to the regional finals. I was wanting to find out who the other good teams in the region would be that might make it tough on them.

The question was who from the upper bracket would play Grapeland in the regional final, not about Grapeland being a jaggernaut. If you think someone will be beat them be bold enough to say so, but if not try to answer the question asked. Mightymik is only one on topic. Now I do believe Grapeland will be in the regional finals and many people agree, but who will be playing them.

Grapeland will win their half of region3, but who will they meet in the regional final (from the top half of the bracket) to go to state?

What is the strength of the EF team? I know Central Heights and Hemphill have pitching. What makes EF tough?
