    Sabine Girls over White Oak 42-33. Sabine plays Crockett in area game Friday night 7:30 in Tenaha.

    If West Rusk girls win they will win the title outright since they would have swept Harmony and Sabine. Pretty crazy scenario for West Rusk, win your district champs, get beat and you drop to fourth and out of playoffs.

    If Harmony girls beat West Rusk, West Rusk girls will not make the playoffs. A lose will drop them to fourth place (if Hawkins wins their Tuesday game). West Rusk and Hawkins will have the same record but Hawkins beat West Rusk both times this year. If Harmony girls win then Sabine (assuming they beat Arp) and Harmony will share the district title because they split this year. Could be a crazy ending to a competitvie district.

    Bacon is not the head baseball coach, Mayfield is. I agree with you on Coach Williams or Coach Bacon. Kids respond really well to Coach Williams and from the times I've been around Bacon, he seems to be high-energy and kids seem to respond to him as well.

    Congrats to the White Oak Roughnecks on your State Championship victory today. As a year after year consistantly top program in East Texas and the state, I am glad to see your program get what it has worked for for so many years, a state championship. A solid program that your community can be proud of. It's always good to know that hard work and kids that buy into a program can accomplish great things! Job well done!

    Bridges has had more than a handful. He has somewhere in the 12-15 range of dunks this year and yes he has posterized a few this year thats for sure! I think there are a few defenders that probably wish they could have had a do-over and let him just go to the rim instead of going up with him and becoming the next victim.
