usually UIL sends out a PRESS Release like 3-5 days before of when they are going to release the numbers. As of now no press release as been released about it.

might not be the 27th, last time the number was the friday before thanksgiving.

Last one was released on Nov 20

Do the cut-off numbers come out this week?

Yeah i AGREE WITH THIS!!! but I don't think they would publish stuff if they didn't have a pretty good grasp of what they were doing, these guys have good sources.

no doubt, But I am sure they have pretty good sources......they are usually pretty consistent
