power clean does not make you the fastest kid(that is genetics). but more explosive. we alway knew for 10 yards we were just as fast as the other team.

power clean does have alot of tech. so coach it!!! find an olympic lifter that can not jump or run. what a great exercise for explosive power.

tough district but a well coached hughes springs team will be back next year

after observing both teams, they both run the ball well. winnsboro's defense is quicker but not as physical and strong as quitman's. whoever can contain the running game will win. have to go with quitman 28-14.
