Gotta say PG played a heck of a game. Of course I was pulling for wos and they did a fairly good job stopping the run (which we all predicted), but PG did a GREAT job passing like you all predicted. WOS, y’all are still one of the best programs in the state, but as for PG you gotta start somewhere. And hopefully for you guys that started today. Many say this is a “one hit wonder”, and while y’all do seem to graduate a lot of key kids, with a good coaching staff y’all can keep making some noise in the future. Lastly, as I log off of here till next year, I must admit I was completely wrong about this game! I’ll take my crow in a gumbo since it’s freezing in Dallas right now!!!

Wos lost 90 yards on bad snaps over the qbs head and still beat kennedale. Only a month after Hurricane Harvey which probably left several players still homeless... so yeah i would say it was a pretty good win for the Mustangs...

No offense, and I’m sure y’all have a great coaching staff obviously since your in the big game, but i wouldn’t claim the advantage. Coach Thompson and staff seem like they know what they are doing as well.

Thinking wos will lose is one thing... saying they don’t stand a chance because pg runs their offense to perfection is insane. Last i checked wos has played defense against that offense to dang near perfection. Who has pg played that shuts down the slot t like wos does? At least answer that question if your not gonna give wos a chance

4 straight state title appearances, 2 possibly 3 state championship wins in a row... I don’t think they care if you, or anybody else posting on this site for that matter, worships their team or not. At the end of the day, at least 50% if not 75% of the time the past four years everyone else has been watching the mustangs hold the trophy up. And that’s a fact!

Congratulations to the Dawgs!! I’m from Lumberton, my wife graduated from Silsbee. So I follow Silsbee football pretty close as well and witnessed y’all slaughter them a few weeks ago. I instantly became a fan! One of the most balanced and efficient offenses I’ve seen at the high school level. I was hoping y’all would make it so i can have the chance to watch y’all again... I’ll be there supporting y’all next Friday, good luck!!
