My dad would be in his 80's if alive today, and he once saw a guy wearing a Blue Henderson shirt and he asked me what was the deal......he said "Henderson was RED when I played them........no blue."
Later I saw Henderson look like the Houston Oilers with columbia blue and red. Then Dennis A, had them in All Royal Blue with very little red trim.
Now I see they are Silver.
For a place that brags about tradition of their program, they sure aren't very loyal to their school colors. What is the story on all the color changes?
Pretty sure when you play Kilgore, Carthage or El Campo you know that you are going to see RED. I promise you Henderson will see plenty of RED across the field tomorrow night.
