At my age everything is sarcasm.....hemorrhoids and too much beer will do that to you. We do have a mutual appreciation for Whataburger though.

He does great service for Texas football without a doubt. We're all very thankful for that. But he does bother professional educators and coaches on some instances with his opinions. Again, don't get me wrong, he's a blessing on many things involving Texas football. No doubt.

Nobody said your opinion isn't educated, that and all the people that you call friends doesn't make your OPINION any more fact than anyone else's.

This statement almost reminds me of policy created by the TEA that came from people that have never taught in a classroom........

Well I am not a reporter, I'm just a person that was in education for 35 years. What do I know.....

It only taking two weeks doesn't mean they have their act together. It could mean that they are lazy and just hire someone quick because they don't want to go through the process of doing an exhaustive search. It could also mean they do have their act together. Taking 3-4 months could also mean they are doing their due diligence to find the right guy for them. Every situation is different.

I know a guy interviewing that would be a home run hire that's interviewing as well. I'll be disappointed for him if these are just for show interviews. Wonder if we're talking about the same guy lol.
