Why wait untill Putin invades an ally? Putin has stated he is going to drive NATO and America out of Eastern Europe. Yes Russia is strong enough to invade other countries. Russia has the means and will power to replenish its manpower and war machine.

On Russia TV , which is not free press, they talk about what country to invade next. Poland - Nato supply line. Moldova and the rest of the Balkands - which are not NATO members. Russia does not the Ukraine War the Russia/Ukraine War. It is called The Long War. Ukraine is just the 1rst part of it.

Simple answer : Most American kids of all races play baseball mainly on game systems. In Central and South America they go out in the streets/fields and play baseball .
Plus you do have kids in America that play in select leagues, which cost thousands of dollars a Summer to play in. That may play a part in disparity.
