:hmm: This is really going to be a tough game. I've watched both teams and do know that HS has more experience than PP. PP's team is very young this year but really play hard. They are inexperienced though. HS has a lot of talent and experience. But they also have a young coaching staff . Last year they were out coached. I don't know if that will be the case this year but it's common knowledge that Coach Huck will have the kids up and ready for this game. Over the past couple of years they have started weak but by the time district play began they were up and ready to play with extreme talent and desire. It will be a close call. In my heart I'm pulling for PP but also know that HS will be one of the toughest games of the year in regular play. Do you go with an experienced team and young staff or young kids and experienced staff. I guess we'll see on Friday. There will be mixed cheering in many families this weekend.

Yes, we did get beat but we're not yelling that it was the refs fault or anyone elses except us. We did not play the way we can and therefore lost the game. I wasn't taking any credit away fro EF at all. You deserved to win and the way we played we deserved to lose. I'd like to see you go all the way to state now. Keep the championship in East Texas.

Congratulations EF. You came to win. We beat outselves in this game. No team can play in a playoff game and make as many penalties and fumbles and expect. We fumbled more in second half than we have all year all together. We also had more penalities than ever. The way we looked you really did deserve to win.

It's a really nice stadium but the visitors side is not very big. We also play there this weekend. Visitors parking is also not good. 2A also play on pathetic fields and the stands are bad. At one school I refused to sit and stood the whole game because the bleachers shook so bad I was afraid they would fall down. Others we're afraid to take kids in them because they would fall through the back.

I have yet to figure out why you all talk about the past like the 3 times we played Tatum. That was different years, defferent teams, and probably different coaches. It's this years teams, boys and coaches that count now. It's this weekend, not past years that matter. Let's let the boys decide the game on Saturday. Go Bulls all the way to state.

This is getting too ugly for me. I think I'll go do something useful like doing dishes. That's easy to do because The Bulls will horn the yellow jackets on Saturday.

The Texarkana paper said they are playing Saturday at one in Gilmer.

I say NB in this one. I've heard about these seniors since they were in 7th grade and watched them develop from not knowing what they were playing to being really good.
