  1. Glad to hear he's OK. Y'all played hard. Good luck the rest of the way to both teams.
  2. No player may line up behind or retreat past the 35 yard line prior to a free kick by the kicking team. That rule has been in place since 2012-13
  3. Did the ref throw the flag before the ball was kicked? How could he know they were onside kicking and that Winona would recover? He must have ESPN and can tell the future
  4. He went backwards before the ball was kicked. That's illegal
  5. That is a rule that a player cannot have more than a five yard running start on kickoffs
  6. As a casual observer with no dig in the fight tonight, I thought that West Rusk was gonna roll. Jumped up 21-0 then started turning the ball over and gave Winona life and they took advantage of it. Hard fought game by both teams but to say the refs cost you the ballgame is asinine. The Raiders got flagged more than the Cats and the ball being on the goal line after the stop when WR took position was probably due to the nose-2-nose principal on change of possession. Hard fought game by both teams. Any news about the Winona player who was carted off in the ambulance? I hope he is OK. Prayers for him and his family.
  7. Heed your own advice. Whatever you gotta tell yourself. Thought the game was called pretty evenly.
  8. That's funny. By my count, West Rusk got flagged more than the Wildcats.
  9. Can't believe there is an actual thread about this... The crazy thing is I'm actually feeding this jock strap mania. Lol
  10. Stop complaining about the refs. You go grab a whistle and pay your dues and take the tests and attend the meetings regularly and take time away from your family and go out there and do what these men and women do every night. Oh and listen to what your buddies in the stands say to you while you're out there. Don't whine about it. There is a shortage of refs out there so everyone who is complaining should come sign up to call for the area chapters. What people don't realize is that fans and coaches run off several refs each season with their childish, asinine behavior so you get what you get. Just saying...
  11. By my count GW had ten flags, mainly personal fouls while PG had 7. What most fans don't realize is that they are either watching their kid play or watching the ball carrier and not watching the other actions like the officials are trained to.
  12. Wow. The offensive production for the Bears is a real boost of confidence but I'm not gonna lie, Gilmer is looking pretty tough.
