I apologize! I feel stupid! I just had a chance to look at these You Tube videos, and something caught my eye on the "news ticker"...these were done BEFORE the election, and Fox News DID air it! Somebody has pulled our leg, and I sure wish I could strangle the person who did this! Probably some stupid liberal!
Makes sense now. I was sure I had seen the special.... especially after I watched the videos.

Hospital emergency departments are forbidden by law to turn away someone in need of emergency care. Because something is required by law doesn't mean it's a right. The right to life is the right to act freely for one's self-preservation. It is not a right to be immune from death by natural causes, even an untimely death.
My amended answer is no, neither are rights. Both are privileges.

larger companies offer "free" vaccinations.
My employer pays for it. So... yes, the 'gubmit' foots the bill.

And my next question: Is there a particular reason you do not take this swine flu shot?
I've never had a reaction to the flu shot.
Even though statistics indicate that the regular flu is much more of a threat than the swine flu, I suppose I'd consider taking the H1N1 vaccine if my department made it available.

No, they don't take it. I don't want to get sick out on a run then bring it home to them. And, it's free.
