Henry as FS is a thoght. He would certainly be able to help the linebackers with pass coverage on fullbacks that run 5.6 40's.

Less than 17 points or more than 17 points, there is no imagination nor risk taking in this offensive system. Or on defense either. Add aggressiveness also.

I have been wondering why sports personalities say the Cowboys have two good, above average corners, when they routinely get torched. Well... I figured out why Henry couldn't cover Bledsoe, after he got his interception against the Eagles. The guy has absolutely no wheels, none! It was pathetic watching him return that ball. My 2 year old runs better.

Jerry is fine there, in my opinion. They do, I think, need to overhaul there scouting department. They haven't been able to evaluate tallent for years. Romo is evidence of that. Copper as well.

hey listen, i'm not saying this just to protect TO but if you have been watching other games you'll see that there have been tons of drops this year. i think it's been alot more than normal. New Orleans dropped 8 in the 1st half of their game. anyone been watching Chad Johnson the last few games? he's having the same problem TO is. i'm just saying it seems odd that there are so many drops around the whole league. maybe all these guys that are struggling to catch it have some sort of injury. i've noticed TO has more problems with the ones from his chest down. he is able to reach up and make what looks like the tougher catches. i really don't know what's going on. i'm sure the finger has some to do with it.
Once again, those guys do not play for the Cowboys, why would I care about them dropping passes?
I think I want those non-Cowboys dropping passes. It is time for TO to man-up and catch the ball. After all he is being paid $25 million to do just that. It seems to me like he would be wanting to prove people wrong, not to mention honor what he said during the press conference at his signing. A small excerpt, "I'11 be a better teammate, a better person, a better man in life," Owens said. He told Jones: "Jerry, I know what's expected of me. I won't let you down."

I say pretty dang good. I think he could get that confidence back if they would roll him out and move him around more like they did against Tampa. Get him out from under center more often as well.

Seattle's offense is the same as Philly and New Orleans. Dallas has been blown out each time they faced it. They will need a much more aggressive approach with good (and different) disguises. Not to mention playing to win on offense instead of playing to not lose.

He thinks Bush is better because of a new stat (all-purpose yards) that appeared last year in order for Bush to get the Heisman over Young. They never add all of Youngs yards together. Or calculate his all-purpose touchdowns.

You have to think after 17 years as owner and how ever many as a player, Jones isn't a complete football idiot. Don't get me wrong, he has screwed things up. This however isn't his doing.
This team hasn't had an offensive coordinator since Norv Turner. Zimmer doesn't understand the 4-3. That is on the head coach.

Terry Glen said, "I don't think we're trying to win; no, not on offense. I'm not alone. the whole offense is frustrated. They are looking aroud saying...'Why can't we do anything when we have all these weapons?'" Newman said, "I think we have more talkers than players, to be blount about it."
Add to that a seething Jones said, "A game like that indicts us at the top just straight through. It's disappointing. I'm disgusted. I really am. After (Monday) you have to look at the entire organization, and I do. I'm about as frustrated as I've been inmy 17 years as owner." As reported by ESPN.
This doesn't sound good entering the playoffs.

With usually quite players speaking out, I am reminded of how fast it went south for the Giants.
-
Sometimes the easy catches are made difficult because of inattantion. He may just need better defenders covering him, lol.
I think he is killing Romo's stats right now, which could cost the guy come contract time this off-season.
-
Like I said, drops frustrate the play calling. He will get more balls when he catches some more. Kind of how Crayton does!
-
Maybe not. But if he catches that one down the sideline and scores, I'm betting the crowd goes nuts. And maybe that gets this sorry defense going.
-
I generally classify myself as a TO apologist. That being said, dropped passes are one thing, dropped passes that would otherwise be touchdowns are quite another. Dropped passes frustrate the offense and the play calling. And that is destructive.

I agree they are doing something right. However, the "something" right now is very little. I believe a little imagination would help. These guys are not good enough to line up and say "this is what we are gonna do, try to stop us!"
Locker room bickering doesn't, in my mind, build trust among teamates.
