I guess I am trying to figure out why I want to pull for OU to win. LOL

I know that there can be a 3 way tie if OU wins. But this is only to decide who plays in the Big 12 championship game. This I know and understand. My question is if OSU wins then TTU goes and plays in the Big 12 championship game, but does that mean UT if still ranked #2 BCS they can't go to the National Championship game?

If whitehouse goes D1 that means that we might have to play Texas High. If I remember correctly everyone has been saying the last couple of years that Whitehouse has been scared to play them. It might finally happen this year if we can make the playoffs 1st.

Its only blown out of proportion if it does not happen. If it happens then not enough was done. Ask this question again after the storms have passed!

Midway thru the 4th the area near mid-field was more than half-empty. It has to be demoralizing for the kids to see all those folks leaving when there is still a lot of game to be played. My 1st thought was lets give all the kids a trophy like they do in the younger sports so that no one has to lose, feel bad or have to have therapy later in life. These kids are getting close on becoming adults out in the real world, then this is a good lesson. You don't perform, people are not interested. It is done at all levels of entertainment. I hate seeing people leave early also. You also have to keep in mind that some people may not be leaving early because they watched their kids perform in the band and the band completed their performance.

As for Whitehouse, Brady had no protection tonight. When he did, it was a TD or long pass. If he could just get some consistent protection he will light up defenses. I agree that Brady had little to no protection most of the time, but I also saw Brady throw up more inaccurate passes tonight than usual. When had time he threw ok. WH will need the next few weeks to get there problems taken care of and adjustments at half time under control. Hats off to SS for a great game. Hopefully to see ya'll again in a couple of months.

I agree with the replay. But once the crew gets used to it I think it will great. They just need to zoom in on the plays instead of just leaving it at a wide angle shot. Just remember it is better than last years scoreboard. I don't know for sure but I wonder what percentage were band parents. We had great backing the last 2 years and I do not see it changing this year. How many times did we play at other teams field and we had alot more fans then they did. Look at the band and it is 3 times larger than anyother school we played. It was only the 1st game and people may have things to do being a holiday weekend and school just starting. At least they showed up.

Yeap I saw the game. I have been to everygame the last 2 years and probably make most of them this year. (maybe not all road games since son does not play there anymore). I know that is why they have different classifications but the earlier post sounded like that the smaller schools didn't have the big and fast guys.
