    Job Openings

i was just wondering which coaches are moving on and which coaches are moving in. it's been an exciting season so i'm interested to see what happens
  2. toohottoohandle may be a guy named alex? sound familiar to ya lawdog?
  3. so anybody know what Jacksonville's record is?
  4. where did he end up going?
  5. Just wondering which kids are planning on playing college ball
  6. I wouldnt be suprised. It seems like they have a coaching change every year....
  7. Well, i guess there's not a lot of job openings. I would think there would be more shuffling of coaches around...
  8. Frisco was the better team but I was there. Pal did not come to play. Both teams made it to state that year for a reason. Pal just got swept away by their nerves and choked. Anyways, back to the topic, Good Luck to PT and Lindale
  9. That's too bad. Nac had a good team and were well coached, as always. Midway was an amazing team. When i saw them play I couldn't help but notice the pace of #4. He was quite a player and has created a lot of their chances throughout their playoff run. At least from what I've seen. They're a good team and I wouldn't be suprised to see them enter State with a lot of momentum. My advice to any team that wants to beat them is to not play kick ball and take the ball away from them. They have a fairly direct attack and like to chip the ball past the opposing team's backline....Good Luck to whoever has to play them next, they're gonna need it.
  10. Lindale is a good team and so is PT. I don't think that either team would be to this point if they weren't. Both have speed and decent technical skills. It should be a good game. I think that whichever team comes out with their head on their shoulders will take it. The big thing is composure and passion. Some teams get to this point and just don't play like they wanted. A good example would be Palestine a couple of years ago. They made it to State and got blown away by Frisco; not because Frisco was that much better than them (because they weren't) but because Pal didn't come to play. That's what it's going to come down to and if they both show up everyone's in for a good game. Both coaches have put together teams that have good quality throughout their lineups. PT's coach is quite a technical coach and I look for him to make so adjustments for what Lindale's going to bring. Good Luck to both teams.
  11. Just curious as to which schools are in need of coaches next year. I know playoffs are still in full flight but I'm still curious as to who's leaving and whos not.
  12. that wouldnt suprise me because unfortunately not as many east texas coaches are members of TASCO, whereas most of them in dallas are. thats why its hard for east texas players to get nominated to higher honors such as 1st all state and so forth...east texas needs to get all of their coaches involved in TASCO
  13. ive always thought that the coaches were responsible for supplying the district results to their local newspaper...althought dont quote me on it because im not sure
  14. well that's great to hear. i love hearing about east texas talent going places. it just shows that you dont have to live in dallas to go play soccer somewhere. so what position are you going to play i heard that you lost defensive mvp by one vote to alliance 25?
