What game were you watching? The kid for west hardin hit him directly in the hands and he dropped it. He could have made the other catch also.

I don't believe that there is any way that the UIL ruled on this before the restart. I have never contacted the UIL and not been put on hold for at least 30 minutes. :rolleyes:

What happened to Norm?

Buna has not lost to a 2A team this year, so I got to go with Buna. After the comeback against Hemphill, they have the look of a team that is living right.

By the way, the Beaumont chapter assigns umpires by computer. I have seen the best of the Beaumont chapter at 1A through 5A games. If you think umpires are bad now, wait till next year when the pay is cut by the uil.

The state track meet results look alot like our 2A results.

Where is McDaniel currently working?

Tell 1A van Horn the distance would decrease. Closest district contest would be 204 miles according to mapquest! Long trip of 281 miles! I think it is a bad idea all the way around. JMO
