yeah but the chances of us getting put in dfields or NB district is slim to none seeing as alot of the teams within 20 to 30 miles of us are all 2A ( Mineola, Winnsboro, Quitman, ETC.) me and my brother played for meeks and he was a very motivating coach. he is doing great things over there in henderson. didnt they make it pretty deep in playoffs this year. the problems in MV are allll political if you have a good name you will stay but from what i am hearing about mv is that they may be getting a whole new coaching staff going into next year. im sure some will stay BUT there are one or two coaches that EVERYONE knows needs to either be bumped to a different spot or a different school. not trying to be a bad person but i know what and who needs to go cause its been the same person for the past four or five years that has making very vital mistakes.

doesnt suprise me honestly this town is kinda corrupt. If you dont have a good name in this town you wont be here long or accepted

MV has always done girls and guys (varsity games) together but only in district play. i find it a great idea cause it makes it easier for families to see their children play, and its better for the school and the fan support

1: LE 2: Paris 3: PG 4: NL 5:ATL ( new ad/hc may be a hard transition) 6: MV ( definately needs to drop down to closer enrollments lol)

Yeah and since yoe beat tatum i think this is the first time i have seen yoe fans on here talkin like they are... i mean i have hardly ever seen any yoe fans on the forum until they beat tatum so im hoping they dont talk to much game cause they might just be eatting crow themselves by the end of the post season.

if the dfield RB is as good as koko was there running game should be pretty darn good koko was great on the ground... he was tiny but ran like a 200 pound back

i think the last time the rivalry was a little heated ws 07/08 cause alot of the players from both teams had some problems with each other but sadly it wasnt much of a game. tommy evans just had to much speed for the tigers.

wasnt saying that i was wishing to drop to 2A cause i think there softer cause obviously thats not true... i mean look at what tatum did to gilmer this year... i just wish we could get dropped to make the level of competition closer and the enrollments closer, and the drives. which is why i said the winnsboro or mineola district. mineola is bout thirty five to forty minutes away and winnsboro is twenty, which is a WAY closer of a drive than LE, PG, ATL, PARIS, ETC. i think you get my drift... it in no way has to do with the competition being easy, just a closer competition level.

What are some of yalls favorite rivalrys that have diminished cause of realignments... Mine is obviously the HWY 37 rivalry of MV and Winnsboro... it has been a LONG going rivalry that has kind of diminished in hype with our district changes in the past couple years. Maybe MV will get dropped to 2A in the next realignment

Yeah hoping to see MV drop to the district with mineola or winnsboro. hopefully, and im praying that we dont get stuck in the tatum or dangerfield districts... going back to the winssboro district might bring bac a long a TOUGH rivalry between us...
