  1. Ok i was at the game as a non-biased spectator who just loves the game of baseball......and i do know for sure that neither umpire is related to any of the coaches at P-land......Yes one of the coaches has a brother that is an umpire but he refuses to call any p-land games so idiots won't come on here talking smack about it..........yes it was a contraversial call and that kind of stuff does happen in baseball.....and yes the coaches had the right to voice their opinions and protect their boys.......But the one situation that sticks out in my mind is when p-land turned the double play when the shorstop tagged second and then overthrew first and the catcher was there to back the throw and threw the runner out at second.......he was clearly out by 3ft and not just the head coach but the assisstant were both all the way out at second base chewing and screaming and yelling at the umpire....... not sure what actually took place but the head coach should have gotten his assistant under control and he could have conversed with the umpire.......that is the only time an ejection should have taken place........PP i understand there was mouthing going on BOTH SIDES no one was an angel last night...........THE GAME WAS NOT DECIDED BY A CALL IT WAS DECIDED BY A YOUNG BALL PLAYER STEPPING UP AND PUTTING HIS TEAM ON HIS BACK AND MAKING A CLUTCH HIT WHEN HIS TEAM NEEDED IT..... JMHO
  2. MVP- Sessums RB Prairiland Offensive POY- gotta be a RB from Pewitt Defensive POY- Redwater DEorLB i think he was #21 Newcomer- Hooks QB Coach- Hooks, he may have some discipline problems with some of his players, but you can't deny what he did with a team that was picked next to last in pre-season polls. These are just my opinions.....does anyone else have any ideas....or know when they come out..
  3. SS 14 LIBERTY 7.....liberty blocked a FG and ran it back for 6...
  4. flukeshot can you stop Eddington by putting your best athlete as a spy on him and just contain him and not let him break the big one to beat you....???
  5. Great game that Redwater D is good.....they have some size and get after you very hard....great game for both teams.....Its going to be pretty tough with for redwater to get in hooks would have to lose out and Rwater win out....this could be a good race for the third spot PP and Pland have pretty much sealed it in for 1 and 2 lets hope that will be decided the last game of the season..........
  6. Don't worry Dirtrich we aren't even listening and if you are a Pland idiot please quit.......we don't want that rep.....Pland fans understand that is why the game is played under the light every friday night......I hope RW really does bring the heat....it wouldn't be right if they didn't they always play hard......this game could go a lot of different ways....if the RW Defense can make the Pland offense 1 dimensional they will keep it closer than i thought at first, but this offense if very balanced and very potent.....the D is stingy and 71,50,35,1, and 33 are all good and will come up and hit you......
  7. Go4th how much can you tell us about this Redwater team.....as a team are they for real....how good and big are the OL,DL,and secondary
  8. P.land is a much better team...they can beat you with more than just the run...pland beat a good harmony team with the back up qb.....this years team is more mature and focused...
  9. ok this is all in good conversation.....BigBlue tell me this and be honest with me is this years Pewitt team better than last years.....be honest....are they all-around better than last years...
  10. Yeah...there will be no looking past people for the patriots this year they are focused and are taking it one game at a time all the way to the district title....
  11. As a team we usually stayed at the field house all afternoon....then we went our way to tape and get ready....then it was bathroom stalls for most usually the pre-game vomit and then we would all sit in our lockers, towels over our head, MLB said the prayer, eye black being past around, and a great Phill Collins song "IN THE AIR TONIGHT" playing as loud as we could get it and when it came to the BIG DRUM PART.....we went ####.....put the helmets on and slapped the sign headed out the door that said"PAIN HEALS, CHICKS DIG SCARS, BUT GLORY LAST FOREVER!"....and then it was nothing but friday night lights after that.... man that makes me want to run out of the panther head all over again..
