60 kids from 9-12 with 3 teams going. Will be hard with only 5 high school coaches. Add about another 60 plus jn jr high with 3 coaches for football. That is going to be a long year!!

Coaches are leaving because over half the staff has been let go. The baseball program goes to the regional semis and they will only have one coach until after the basketball season. They are running a 3a football program with enough coaches to maybe run a 6 man program. And from what I hear comfort left because they fired his son in law and Sabine seems to want to help their coaches out. You don't give your athletics some support then you will not have good coaches. They leave!!!!

I think coach hector should look for a job that he can do a better job at. I just don't think 23-4 and 7-2 in this district is good enough. I mean Pitt was 2 rounds deep last year, Henderson made poffs in 4a, gilmer made the poffs( I think coach Hector was the coach), and Carthage I think made the poffs. Please go find a new job.
