  1. MAN! It sure has been awhile. Although my return to Smoak was a nice one when I saw all the predictions for this game when I already knew the outcome. Like someone earlier said the posters from JB have fallen off a little bit, and then someone told the truth when they said those posters were high-schoolers like myself that have graduated. Guess I'm gonna have to start trying to get back in on the action. Congrats once again to the Pirates on a hard fought game like this one always is! Good luck to Cards on the rest of their season, and to JB who's nursing alot of injuries right now.
  2. Alot of them are already on here, just need to look.
  3. Troll? Beckville was garbage my last year playing. Like most people said, get the max effort out of the kids and you'll be fine. Well, yeah? That would be good for any team.
  4. Let what go? The truth? Cause there shouldn't even be a discussion.
  5. Some of these actually aren't too bad. The Viking's were terrible, but the Falcon's were pretty sweet and I liked the Giant's too. The Brown's looked about the same. I liked the helmets more than the actual uniforms.
  6. I can't believe we're still on this one. Beckville won't do it all, period.
  7. You beat me to saying this! I think baseball and football would be the dominate two if this were to happen.
  8. Like the post says, I don't see Beckville doing it all.
  9. Thought maybe some more Honey Grove natives would stir this up a bit.
  10. All I know is Lin is doing some work for the Knicks. They definitely wouldn't be doing what they are now without him. He consistently puts up points for them.
  11. 1st argument: I don't Harleton will be there, James Bowie wiped the floor with them in 2010. 2nd, I don't think Beckville will anywhere close, they've been down for awhile.
  12. Definitely. I don't think people will be remembering that stat though.
  13. Heard in his first 5 starts he scored more points than Jordan did....
  14. Congrats to him. I was always a fan of watching him play.
  15. I don't really know about the teams, so that's why I said FOR US, it's a drop down from being with BS and Carlisle. Not alot, but there's still potential. RB-LB Cody Adams has been playing since he was a freshman 2 years ago and he's matured alot as a player since then. Also a few big lineman that will able to help out the running game a bit. Gonna be a young team though for sure. Lost alot in 2010 and lost the rest this year. It's gonna take alot of work from now until August, but the Pirates should be able to get some wins.
  16. Well I don't know about that, but doomer is just ridiculous.
  17. Simms(James)Bowie, Celeste, Honey Grove, Quinlan Boles, and Wolfe City. From the looks of it this will be a pretty weak district. This is definitely a drop from us being with Big Sandy and Carlisle past 2 years. Thoughts about how this year's going to play out?? Anyone from these others schools have an opinion??
  18. You forgot the none of the above option on the poll.
  19. Clarksville is gonna breeze through our district once again, I don't think anyone has any argument about that. Gonna be interesting to see their playoff run this year. Coach Sigler back in Silsbee now, looks like the boys in Clarksville are still going strong after that change.
  20. D-Field's athleticism wins this one. I had some friends at the Daingerfield-Redwater game and they said it was crazy the amount of skill D-Field had. Even for a team that was supposedly "down" from last year.
