He is just saying that it does nothing to make the team look better, and while 1a vs 2a and all that happens all the time, it doesnt change the fact that the football community doesnt see a 2a beating up on a 1a as an accomplishment but for a 1a to beat a 2a is considered a good feat since the other school is a classification bigger. sorry if he upset you tho.

okay let me see if i can explain this for you.. so all the defensive ends have returned from last year, but if you really pay as much attention as you think you do, you would know that eric "tank" davis has moved from end to tackle.. while he may be just one man, he is a pretty good man since he is going to #4 in the nation Oklahoma State to play defensive end.. like i said he is just one man, but thats a pretty big impact.. and do you think that in all the games you have seen that you would notice the 3 step drop and throw mentallity that qb's have had this year because of the athletes that jt has on the line, thus making a pass rush difficult.. and that beast secondary you refer to might have helped the defensive line some last year too.. it is called a "coverage sack".. heard of it? see i hate getting involved on these boards because you are gonna come up with some snappy comeback in the next 1-3 business days which means i am gonna have to respond again which is just a hassle since i am just trying to do you a favor and correct the errors in your evaluation of the cujo d-line.. but if i have to help you out again just say something else ridiculus without thinking it through and i will come to the rescue.. and maybe coach wasnt trying to prove himself.. maybe he was just trying to defend his boss who is actually a very respectable man and not the butt head that some ignorant sherman fan thinks that he is.. Thank you sirr.. Someone finally made a real knowledgable post without talking about kids getting fat or the government political parties destroying everything.. Coaches coach for the kids no doubt, but they also coach because they get extra money to support their families while doing something they love.. Everyone knows that teachers and coaches will never be "rich" so why would you ask a coach to put in all those hours away from his family as a volunteer and take even less money for it.. It's about the kids, but at some point your own family and financial situation has to come into play..

What is wrong with Cooper? He was praised earlier this year when he kicked off players that skipped practice and refused to take the punishment.. I think he is doing just fine.. Especially with the way he had to play a few jv players because of the players he kicked off.. Just gave the younger kids more experience for down the road.. Be patient and he will make them better.. :thumbsup:

all that common opponent stuff might be entertaining for some fans but i just think it is annoying.. teams much up differently with different teams.. so show me the film not the final score.. BB won by 1 and Pitt won by 7.. the way i see it BB and Pitt both won.. score doesn't matter.. and even if gladewater would have beat bb that doesnt mean pitt would beat bb.. van beat bb in ot, bb killed crandall, crandall beat van the next week so that common opponent stuff goes out the window there.. and im not picking on you wolfeboy, i was just saying how the little conversation you and tan were having was pointless and irrelavent.. but anyways back to the chapel town thread.. go dawgs :thumbsup:

there yall go downing our district again.. athens lost to a very good team in the quarterfinals last week if i remember correctly.. and i may be wrong but gilmer beat gladewater in overtime so i guess they arent very good either right.. dont talk about things you dont know.. brownsboro might have beat pitt and pitt might have beat brownsboro but we dont know that because they didnt play did they.. sorry i had to get that out.. good luck chapel town.. see you friday :thumbsup:

Brownsboro had a group there supporting carthage.. we had to sit on the argyle side because the carthage side was packed but we were still there to cheer on the dawgs lol.. good luck this week we will be pulling for yall again :thumbsup:

the bears dont have a CC on the oline.. they have a DC and a CD and a CB.. I was CC for the bears last year lol but we dont have one this year if you are talking about initials?

dont know his stats but he definitely has gotten a lot thicker.. he would be an animal if he was still allowed to scramble around like he did in westwood..
