I didn't like the way they closed off half the coliseum so 8 or 10 hot shots got a special seat. Made both schools sit together, sure they had it didvded off but it was stuffed.

Now that would be some quality info. An AD would need to know how far he would have to drive after putting in those long hours. Some wives might pitch supper out if not home on time. or it would be cold.

Just can not help it, everytime I see Springhill Open; I am thinking golf tournament. That being said I hope the new AD doesn't cut the golf budget. Here is an idea hold a golf tournament and funds raised, be used for a signing bonus for the new AD.

You are wrong there. Golf is the sport of SHISD. They are always sending someone or a team to state. In fact, when I saw Spring Hill Open I just knew it was a golf tournament. Dommer said golf wasn't a sport; but he an't never been to Springhill. Now that's a true story

Don't you just hate it when when one team reaches double bonus and the other team has 3 or less. Then all of a suden the team with 3 fouls begins to catch up, so the final talley want look so bad. They didn't just start fouling after the other team reached BB.

Crawford, Could be it's you who doesn't see the whole picture. You solve one problem but open other another one. Say there is a team who can steel the ball before the other team crosses mid court. and everytime they put it up it goes in the basket. With a shot clock they would have to shoot with in the required time. Now they could play bouncy ball as N2O wants and not hurt the feelings of some coach who they could other wise run the score up on.

Frankston has a real nice gym. All chairback seats. and plenty of seats. Great scoreboard keeps up with the 10 players on the floor ---points and fouls. and the best part is they have someone smart enough to operate it. I would venture to say that it is close to being the best 3A Division 2 gym; not many 4A & 5 A gyms are that good or seat that many.

The seats at Center Court should be reserved for the School's fans whose team is playing. Area can be cleared and they can exchange with the fans playing the other game.
