I think it will be the La Vega running attack that will be the difference in this game. I predict they will pound & pound & pound some more while chewing up the clock and wearing down the LH defense. I believe the La Vega defense will slow down the Slot-T and force some punts. If the Pirates get up 2 scores, then I think you’ll be able to stick a fork in it. Now you Panther fans don’t go hating on me, I have a great deal of respect for your school & football program; I was one of your biggest fans last night and am glad you won. It’s just that La Vega is on a different level this year. I hope to make the game and wish safe travels for everyone.

I think it will be another close one. I’ll be rooting for LV. My opinion; LV has the edge in talent and Argyle has the edge in coaching. Gonna be a fun game to watch, wish I could be there. Safe travels everyone.

Lorena is a solid team, they make few mistakes and will have few penalties. Their defense will make the opposing offense earn most of its way. Offensively, they will kill you with a thousand small cuts. They are very well coached.

I think Grandview can pull it off, besides they have a way cooler mascot, Zebras.

La Vega will win this game convincingly.

The ranks you’re quoting are the MaxPreps; the latest DC has Lorena 7th & Fairfield 9th. I think DC updates their rankings on Monday mornings, so the numbers could have changed by this time tomorrow.

Robinson is not a Waco ISD school, it is a separate community. They’ve not been too good in football the last few years, but do very well in baseball.

They played Robinson last night in Conroe, go figure. Not a halfway point either. Pittsburg should win by 2-3 scores; 35-12

First comment here is that Connally is not a Waco ISD school, they are located in Lacy-Lakeview, which is a suburb of Waco, small point but I wanted to make it. Second comment, PG should win this game but don’t be surprised if it turns out to be a close one. Y’all enjoy the playoff ride and travel safe.
