Eyeproblem Jenkins knows his role. He will be a great leader for our program. Passion and Intensity, loyalty will not be an issue with the Cayuga coaching staff as long as he is around. Kids would run through walls for these guys. I have watched them coach and we are blessed to have Jenkins and the rest of staff stick around here. I am sure they could moved up to more money and bigger schools. They know how to coach all sports. We are lucky our coaches care enough to get excited.

Cross Roads is good when they beat Maud but when they beat Cayuga or Cayuga beats them then Cross Roads ###. Gimme a freakin break.

Here we go again. Bulldog, we all know how you feel about Jenkins. You have more than made that clear on this site. My kid played for him and at the time he did'nt appreciate his style. He told me the other day, Dad I now get Coach Jenkins and what he stands for. He had to get a job and enter the real world before it set in. Best thing about Greg in my opinion is he could care the less about what others think, good or bad, he loves his job and the kids. The kids that work will love him, and the kids that dont will whine just like my boy did.

PMaster who in the world would not take the money if the situation were equal? Get over it somebody else will coach you kid and I am sure you will gripe about them for something they did.

If we would have ponied up some more $$ we might coulda made his decision hard. Money talks. We are 1A peeps we will always have hit and run guys and when the talent is down they will move on.

Big Rivalry game and it was heated both ways. Yuga won once, Roads won once, Rd 3 next week. Both groups need to shut up and enjoy the great games.

We got talent in all sports at this time. Like all 1A schools it will cycle, so we will enjoy the ride and then blame others when the talent runs out.

We are young. 1 Sr starts and we have some talent coming in baseball. Now football is a different story. LOL. I told ya if we face we need to meet up. I aint as crazy as it seems.

Great post Cobb. Darden is still at Overton, I think the guy from WC thinks he graduated. Cayuga did not have the stud lefty last yr vs. Maud. Not saying they would have won, but Thompson will be hard to beat. Any given day. Our basketball team was alot better than Bronte and almost lost. Luck is a friend that must visit if you wish to win.

UTFAN1 Guess what? Cayuga won the State Championship in both football and basketball and you are jealous! First time ever in 1A and only the fifth time ever in any div 1A-5A. So take that and smoke IT. YEEEEEEESSSSS! WHY HATE US! JOIN US!

Yuga kids are not basketballers per say. Rawls from Bronte is a hooper period. Cayuga would have a hooper if Summerville had not got hurt in football. He would easily been the 1A player of the year. Not many teams could win with the late late late start losing your best player and also losing a key player in Austin with broken finger(surgery). Ask New Wavery and Madison how hard it is to win with "ATHLETES". Athletes dont win in basketball people it takes more. PONDER! NAZ! Yuga does more than just Athlete you.

Cayuga was not outplayed or outcoached. You are a freakin idiot Texasbird. Cayuga shot bad and won the game. Bronte was good and did have the best player on the court period. It never fails somebody is going to bash our kids and coach. If Cayuga shoot just half way avg. like 40% for the game vs the 29% they win by 15+. Bronte shot 60% and lost. To me and all the people around me it was simple. Bronte was on all day and Cayuga was bad off(Coach J cant shoot for em). Great win. Overcame and a ton and won.

Nyflyer and pantherfan01("MUCH BETTER COACH") you keep knocking Coach Jenkins. Little fact for you cat. Your coaches get their teams or kids year rd. Jenkins gets his kids about 3 months a year and gets it done. Your coach gets them year round. I am not knocking THEM at all, but that is a fact. You so Martins Mill outcoached us. I say not I say BOTH COACHES coached THEIR team to greatness(Marrtins Mill gets them yr rd also). Dont say its athletes that win or Ponder Peaster Brock would not win. Give credit where credit is due. Cayuga has missed bout 35 games last two yr cause of football both yrs started hoops in late late Dec and both yrs have had SUPERIOR SEASONS. Jenkins never gets his players to half way through the season and they find a way. Like him or not those kids play hard as hell for him and with limited gym time they get it done. BUY A TICKET AND WATCH THE SHOW. Oh ya for two yrs in a row lost best player to injury and never made excuses to us just kept us working hard.
