I agree with MAtthias but the rule itself is an extremely stupid one.

Like I said, they are kids. They are gonna shoot some hoops. Those kids are getting punished worse than some kids get punished for breaking serious rules. And a kid tore his ACL playing basketball, it happens. When you get into coaching you know your job lives and dies with the success of teenagers. When they do things that you know kids are gonna do, such as play pick up basketball you can't punish them that harshly.

This is ridiculous, they are 15-18 year old kids; not NFL players. I played pickup games every weekend with friends in my driveway during season. If they were tossing a football around and happened to get hurt, is that punishable as well? Or is it just because it was basketball? This is seriously the most blasphemous garbage I have heard all year. And during a playoff game for their peers to vote off TWO starters? Absurd. Like I said, there has to be more underlying issues. Did they miss practice or school and were found to be playing basketball? This is inexcusable IMO.

That is literally the dumbest thing I have ever heard. There has to be more to the story.
