Probadly the weight room since it is used by all of the students who play sports. Our indoor field is really not used much for football, mostly for football camps during the summer, band if the weather is really really bad, and drill team. Even when it gets cold due to the fact if we are still playing in the cold during the playoffs you need to be out in the cold. And to put those pesky rich Westlake fans in it when lighting came for a game a few yrs ago since they don't have one..... Here is ours, now I maybe know what you might think about it but the voters voted on it about 9 yrs ago. It is bigger than D1 colleges and pros at 9000 square feet plus, and a million dollars being the biggest in the country. This has nothing to do with being in 5a..Almost won this one with a 50 yrd pass with 4 secs left but his L foot was out of the end zone a few inches...Lake Travis lost 2 games this yr by 5 points. We had a great run and with all the injuries we made a run at it. The other problem's has been to many flags for motion, just to many and bad snaps that just stop drives this yr it was no secret. Got some young Sophs who filled in (9-10 of them)and they will be back and it looks like LT will do fine next yr....

When I heard that LV was going to the spread, I had a feeling it will not work out for them maybe this yr. It takes a lot of work to come out and make every thing perfect, it is not that easy. LV had some nice passes early but it takes alot of running on the OL to make it happen and getting the plays in...The OL needs to get in shape, no more going to the huddle and sucking wind if they were doing it last yr while running the ball then this is a whole new way of playing...LT will give LV another lesson if they meet up....LT came out on fire vs Judson, had a few dropped passes but the score would have been bigger....they are on another level here in big bad 5a!

Lake Travis came out and show no slow down at all vs Converse Judson. Mayfield was throwing darts and this could have been a bigger scoring game, 400 plus yds passing....It was windy but LT does not care, had a few dropped passes and the 2nd team gave up a late score......This is a well oiled machine!

What is this guy thinking, I think every school has "zero-tolerance policy for fighting" didn't they have "zero-tolerance policy for fighting" before all of this. I do agree on the last sentence. The prisons are filled with people not thinking. Pearland Dawson might get a look also, having a fight during 7 on 7 which they were kicked out of afterwards. The playoff game vs Lake Travis was the worst game I have watched at the HS level, so many cheap shots, the 1st half took 2 hrs. All the excuses came from the Dawson side with no accountable from the community or coaching staff. LT vs Dawson Just look at the 1st play on this video where # 58 went for the knee of our lineman. Look at the 7:20 mark on the KO lower left hand side. Thats was just some of it....How does a team get over that, you go out and kick there ###### twice...

MVP on "D" in the Championship game #16 Standard has not played until his SR yr, he last played in 7th grade and for some reason didn't play until 2011. We also have a group of kids who's brothers have played before them filling in spots on "D".We always have this going on both sides of the ball. Time for a Parade. Lake Travis will have a lot to celebrate on Jan. 7. On Saturday, the school district will host a celebratory parade that has seemingly become an annual event in Bee Cave. The parade will honor a Lake Travis football team that won its fifth consecutive state championship in December and a volleyball team that went 50-0 this fall and won its second straight state championship in November. The parade will also honor a Lake Travis boys golf team that won a state championship last spring. The Lake Travis girls golf team and team tennis squad, both of which finished second in their most recent state tournament appearances, the Cavaliers’ state finalist marching band and the school’s 2011 National Merit Scholarship Program honorees will also participate in the festivities. The parade will begin at 5 p.m. at the Hill Country Galleria. The procession will begin near the Dillard’s store and will end near Zinger’s. After an awards ceremony that will follow the parade, a fireworks show has been scheduled.

You want to look at the roster, what else do you need SS#, where they were born, there mothers maiden name? Here a real good one for you and I will type real, real slow for you OK just YOU!. If you can live anywhere in Texas where would you live, because I moved to Austin (1986) from the Houston area. I did not even have a job (NO Degree), no money ($200 from my last paycheck) and barely have a place to live! Maybe explain this to the posters on this board...WHERE WOULD YOU LIVE! I have answers to all of this, and many more BUT I will reply on Sunday to give you time to look at our rosters over the years, maybe your tax returns over this time and so we can watch OUR FRIENDS from Steele win another ring..
