Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.

You say the line needs work? How is getting in the Slot T gonna help??? If they can't block with five or six in the box, how are they gonna block with nine or ten??? I've watched the video you can see on Max Preps and HUDL and their line isn't terrible. You want to get those athletes in space so they can do their thing, Slot T doesn't allow that.

Really? What makes you an expert to claim this? Winning a State Championship is not easy, no matter how good your talent is. They lost to the State Champs in 2018 and the Runner's-up in 2019. Again, they did very well. Maybe you should support the coach and his staff, not drag them down.

So 9-4 and 11-3 is not good enough for you? Went three rounds deep his first year and four rounds last year. Ummm that's pretty good.

If you are going to be a first time head coach not being the AD can be a good thing. If you want to get experience at being a head coach you're going to take what is offered.

Here's a question for you. Why should it be up to the board? Why not let the school district administration do the hiring? In my experience nine times out of ten the board members don't know a thing about running a football program, let alone an entire athletic program. They think they do, but they normally don't.
