  1. I didn't offer perspective. I provided facts. Thanks for playing.
  2. It's not a matter of assumption. We can argue all day, and most likely agree, on what percentage of players have received money under the table. You get punished on what's proven, not assumed.
  3. Okay what? We're talking about Reggie Bush, and why he lost his Heisman. I'm not sure what VY has to do with that. Bottom line is, the Heisman committee stripped him of the trophy because he broke a rule that was in place...AT THAT TIME. As of today, that rule was still broken, AT THAT TIME.
  4. A lot of dudes weren't caught breaking NCAA rules.
  5. Point is, the Heisman committee vacated his trophy because he broke the NCAA rule. It was all about character. That rule, today, was still broken.
  6. I think most people would agree with you on that.
  7. This is not the right decision. He had his heisman taken away for breaking a rule that was in place at that time. It doesn't matter that the rules have changed now, the rule was still in place, and broken, at that time. Are they going to give USC their vacated wins back too? How about any other player or University that was punished for breaking a rule, that the rule no longer applies today. Are they going to go back and reverse all of those too?
  8. Starting CB Terrence Brooks has entered the portal. Apparently, Terry Joseph wants to start Gavin Holmes over Brooks, which is what led Brooks to wanting to transfer. A big mistake on Joseph's part, IMO. Brooks was the second best corner, behind Muhammad.
  9. He had literally just said the exact same thing that you quipped back with. I swear, you are the epitome of what's wrong with our education system today.
  10. Resorting to the very thing you accuse others of now? 'I know you are but what am I?'.
  11. I remember people saying he was only 3* because he didn't face quality opponents. He played at the same school Peyton and Eli both did, mind you, lol.
  12. I'm not reading the biography you copied and pasted, but you do know what a grift is, right? I don't care about the little petty things. They're just that, petty. I also don't read Yahoo news too much, as it's completely liberal and greatly exaggerates anything from the republican party, let alone Trump. Now, show me a President who has ever increased inflation, crime, mental illness, housing cost, gas prices, and so on as much as Biden. Those things are not petty.
  13. Spring Game in the books. My overall assessment, they look VERY good! Players and units that stood out to me the most... Arch Manning. For all of those that have doubted this kid, he was not the #1 QB for name alone. This kid is special. Trey Owens. My goodness, this kid was very impressive. True Freshman QB and he looked every part of a 2 year starter. I hope Texas can hang onto this kid. Colton Vasek. This kid is about to wreak havoc. His name was being called nearly every play; blowing up runs in the backfield, getting pressure on the QB. That kids talent level and motor is incredible. OL as a whole was very impressive. Colin Simmons. He'll get snaps this season, but this kid showed the talent to be 3 and gone. RB and WR. 27 different players caught a pass. 7 different players carried the ball. Ryan Wingo, DeAndre Moore, Isaiah Bond, they showed out. Wingo and Moore showed tons of speed. Bond showed the ability to go up and grab like AD did last season. All in all, this was by far the most impressive spring game I've seen from them in years.
