Its been 7 years since New Boston has beat DeKalb....so them "Taking care of business" will be easier typed that done.

I saw a school in the same county as Hughes Springs do the same thing. They reassigned their head coach because their school board decided their coach wasn't doing enough.....That school hasn't won many games since 2012...Having a guy that is invested in your community and is happy being there instead of using you as a stepping stone is better for your program because he brought consistency. I said this November 28th, 2022....

Why would anybody want to teach or coach anymore? Coaches work 100 hours a week for 40-50k dollars just to be disrespected all day. That's why there is such a teacher shortage and why there will continue to be so until public education crumbles or has a huge turn around. Like you guys said the home front is killing the discipline and manners which is really affecting schools and sports. Its not the kids fault its the parents. However, it is what it is and teachers are getting the bad end of the deal.
