I’ll eat crow now. Congrats to Franklin. Awesome team. Congrats to Gunter as well. IMO these were definitely the two best in the state. I love those tigers and already look forward to next season. Franklin was a tough lot to deal with.

Finally game day! What a season it’s been. Nothing like texas high school football! Go get em Gunter. All any team can do is leave it all on the field. That 3rd championship is close. This game will be extremely tough as Franklin fields an outstanding team, but the same can be said about us as well. Hope both play their best and stay injury free. Roll big blue. TPW!!!

Gunter’s pistol offense is explosive. So many different players getting touches. They do a lot of stuff with the offense. They are aggressive on defense. They read their keys and get to the ball in a hurry. Giving credit, Franklin is very good with the slot-t and they swarm on defense. im going with Gunter by 15+. TPW !! variables (1) Gunter’s passing game. (2) turnovers (3) adjustments

Great job Pax !! I think Gunter will win by at least 17 points. It will be a lot more if Gunter shuts their run game down and demoralizes them since they are one dimensional. I can’t see them stopping Gunter’s offense. 31-14 TPW
