  1. Mustang your sarcasm meter must be off. 50% is obviously an exaggeration but it is a big component of the offense as the QB is still developing. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but think they would have success if they used the backup who started games last year and did very well in the passing game. To further prove my point, when the starter #2 was injured on a play the backup came in on the netxt play and threw a 20 yard bullet down the middle for a touchdown. It was that easy. Canton has great receivers with speed that need to be sent farther than 10 yards so they can stretch the field.
  2. He came back later in the game after Canton was ahead by two or three touchdowns.
  3. Van will win because Canton is incapable of throwing the ball down the field. Their passing game is all screens and they run a jet sweep 50% of the time. I was at the Brownsboro game this past week and was vastly underwhelmed by Canton. Lack of size on the D-line is also a concern as Bboro gashed them running the ball before their starting QB was injured. Van 50 Canton 21
  4. No not because of that. Half the team will be sophomores. They'll be good in two years once they get some experience under their belt.
  5. Tough call. Probably Van next year but Athens could give them a good challenge.
  6. Does this mean that Spring Hill is like Vanderbilt?
  7. Apparently the TCU coaches didn't have the nicest of things to say to Edward when he told them he was going to A&M. They used profane language at him and I believe one of the Carthage coaches made him hang up the phone it go so bad.
  8. Late tonight Edward Pope of Carthage switched his commitment from TCU to Texas A&M. Pope took his official visit to College Station this weekend and was offered by Coach Sumlin. Really excited to have Pope on board!
  9. Devante Harris is not committed to OU anymore. He recently switched to Texas A&M.
  10. Traylon Shead was a record breaker. How did it work out for him at UT? All I'm saying is this list slanted in Texas' favor and you t-shirt fans absolutely love it.
  11. This list is a joke as it was made by UT people. Devante Harris all the way down at #15 is ridiculous, he's the best corner in state by far. Trey Williams will be a better running back than Jonathan Gray at the college level and it won't be close. Gray is overrated and already has shoulder issues.
  12. With Connor Brewer already committed I highly doubt he'll see any action at QB. They recruited Overstreet as an Athlete whether they say it or not. Gig 'Em Ags!
