You would think with the world of zoom and google meets the 1st interviews or whatever could be done that way would expedite the process you would think is easier than getting a committee together at one place. I know its harder to get a feel for someone that way but if you like what they have to say bring them back for a second in person interview.

i don't know them well enough. i just looked on max preps. didn't look at the grade levels of the Roster either.

2 years ago went to the playoffs(6-4), last year 2-9 made playoffs, this year 5-5, made the playoffs. Does their success improve next year to get over the one and done hump?
