As stated before Sulphur Springs is the LAST team that should be complaining about the right thing to do? I guess it was right to be throwing deep in the fourth quarter with a four touchdown lead against a clearly outmanned Denison squad two years ago in SS?? Even though it clearly wasn't intentional or else I'm sure the Jackets would have thrown it too, but you know what they say about paybacks. :highfive:

SS sure wasn't giving up even though many of their fans that started hitting the exits with 6 minutes left sure had. I'm sure they were just supposed to take a knee and give the ball right back to SS with over a minute to go and only down 2 touchdowns after they burned all their timeouts. SS sure wasn't just trying to run the ball and get the game over with when they got it back. Class? :rofl: Even if that would have been the case, SS is the LAST team that can complain about somebody trying to run up the score!

Guess that's the best you got now. As I said before Wildcats have been living in the world of "if and buts" all season since they lost to every team they played this year that will finish with less than five losses riding on the coattails of last year's state title. All the talk the past two weeks of Marshall or Sulphur Springs this season being even close to as good as the 2008 Sulphur Springs team is :rofl: BTW, the game is in Denton Saturday afternoon.

Good pick. Actually it should have been three touchdowns without the cheap TD at the end against the Denison prevent defense but good enough.

Where was that much better defense? Did they leave that group at home or what? How about 570 yards of total offense! :rock:

Don't know if I would classify any teams with 5 or more losses as really good. Has SS beaten anybody this year that didn't finish the season with less than 5 losses?

And you know this because of what? Something they've done against any legitimately good teams they have played? I've read a bunch of excuses for just about every game they've had this season against somebody that's actually good.

Wonder how that is when there were plenty of empty seats visable on each end section of the home side of the stadium. Plus, many Marshall fans have fully admitted they were outnumbered by the Denison crowd.

Sounds as if the tone is changing a little on the SS side from earlier in the week.

Must have a key then because I remember him posting a couple of nights ago.
