Spring hill is not close to being a 2-A.. brand new massive high school, gym, field house, and new field will be ready for next year.. and we're growing fast.. the numbers don't matter, the districts are what they are.

No sir... its great to be a SH panther.. don't make anything of one idiotic person's comments.. everybody in the city of longview is and should be rooting for the lobos.. many spring hill students were in shreveport tonight supporting longview.. its not like sh and longview are rivals... luckily.

I strongly believe that the top 4 chosen to go to state could have easily changed... brownsborro and pleasant grove were the final 2 bands to perform and they both made state... I saw bands earlier in the day that could've and probably should've replaced them if they were given a chance in the finals... but the weather didn't allow it. just an unfortunate deal...

After seeing g'water perform 3 times, I cannot believe that gladewater could possibly even compare to SH. Other than basing my opinion off of the way the two bands placed at area and NAMMB ( SH finished first while gwater finished 3rd), y'all consistently had people out of step, missed turns, very sloppily played music, and just a plain boring drill.. and as for bouncing and counter-marches, the judges complimented SH on our stride(no bouncing) and also on our turns... you are sadly mistaken sir... SADLY mistaken.

No. SH marched gwater off of the field on Friday night. Your bear band will not make it past area on Saturday.

Please don't judge our team just because of the ridiculous comments from a student who isn't on the team. Coach Poe has this Panther team very disciplined with great sportsmanship. Good luck to Gilmer. It looks to be great game. And as for pack commander, come on AW. Let's not make our school look foolish. Show some class.. I will remain quiet on this thread now.

You have to be joking. When brown is directing this offense, he puts the ball right on the money making it hard for the receiver to drop. And who needs a strong running game when you light up the scoreboard with only the air attack. But hey, convince all of the Gilmer players that it will be a BUCKS........BIGGGGGGGG BLOW OUT :coolball: ... we'll see how that goes Friday night when the Panthers come visit your stadium.

You could call it just a win against a somewhat quality team, or you call it a total domination of a team that took gilmer to overtime only to be defeated by 1 point.. not saying it will be a blowout win for SH, but for an outsider looking in who doesn't know anything about these two team's pasts, all signs would point towards a win for the Panthers.

How was that a cheap shot at bero in any way?... all of the SH kids respect him, especially the seniors who were coached by him all the way through their junior year.. he always talked about how much he wanted to be gilmer and how bad he disliked them.. and of course we want to shove this one down his throat a little bit.

Or we could just get the 2 injured starters healthy and be even better... seems like the most logical thing to do.

Where have you been the last couple of weeks?... Gilmer had to go to overtime to defeat g'water by 1 point... SH just beat gladewater 33-7 with our backup quarterback in the ballgame the whole night..
