    Nope, One coach followed the rules. One coach benefitted from an on the spot rule change. It would be interesting to see the reaction from the other side if the shoe was on the other foot. There is no choice but to move on, but Pottsboro gets the win only because of the refs ignorrance of the rules.

    He has been invited to attend some games and will be visting several schools in the coming weeks. Nothing official as of now.

    His family has moved around due to his fathers work. He started school in Cooper , ended up at Rivercrest where he spent several years in the school system there. Currently a senior at Caddo Mills High School.

    Yeah I know. it's not really east Texas ,but thought this would be of some intrest to folks in district 8-2A DII. Friday night Quarterback Erik Richards rushed for 265 yards and 6 touchdowns. The 6'1" 195 pounder also went 12 of 14 passing for 97 yards and a touchdown. He now has 1126 rushing yards for the season with 16 rushing touchdowns. wasn't able to get the most up to date stats before this post , but I believe he is now the top rushing QB in Texas.

    Caddo lost a very good running back to a knee injury. They however still have one of the best quarterbacks in texas high school football taking snaps. It will be "Bent Oak" after tonight. Foxes by 12
