Corey Helms should be in this weekend too. Was a Freshman All American at Wake Forest. Would be a huge get with Matthews going into his Sr. year. Helms would have to sit out next year but would be able to step in in 2016.

Not sure if there are any Rockdale fans here who would know, but I'm just curious. What's the deal with all the David brothers that came out of Rockdale? All seemed like legit players with D-1 offers and you never hear of them again. Know one was playing JUCO a few years ago and was supposed to head to A&M but couldn't qualify.

A&M's defense just ain't very good. We can use youth as an excuse but the linebackers can't fill properly and the DB's get lost in coverage constantly. Just hoping Johnny can keep his #### together and keep his mouth shut and play a little football like he knows how.

That NFL rookie symposium needs to be held in College Station. This coming from an LSU fan is almost comical. I in no way am going to try and defend what these kids did. It was idiotic. Athletes are held to a higher standard in these type situations, hence why these were the only 2 of 12 who got ID'd. Either way, you can't put yourself in these situations as a college athlete. Sorry I won't follow in typical Aggie fashion and say I want some thugs for my defense. I want kids who represent their school in a good light and who can still lace them up on Saturdays and knock a few heads. We need to remember there are far more kids playing collegiate sports who do things the right way than those who do not. Unfortunately, we don't get to hear about them near enough.

I don't know how the whole process works and I really don't wanna see the Ags playing scrubs in every OOC game, but if they do oh well. As long as they get a win, I'm good. Pretty sure it's explained pretty well in the article with switching conferences and waiting for league game dates. Which was also a big reason 2 FCS teams were on the schedule this year. Also with the Arkansas game moving back to JerryWorld and A&M wanting to have a minimum of 7 home games every yr prolly has something to do with it as well. I personally wanted to see these games but oh well

Ags got in as a #2 seed in the Oregon State regional. Wasn't expecting a 2 seed but I'll take it.

I know it was a disappointing baseball season for just about all of us, but with Conference tournaments winding down this weekend, the fun stuff starts next weekend. I really thought A&M was done for until they got 2 good wins in the SEC tourney against UF and Vandy, and should've beat Miss ST last night. If they can beat Vandy tonight I'll like their chances of getting in. Oklahoma seems to be clearly in. If TCU can make a run in the B12 tourney they could find themselves in a regional. Other than that, SHSU and Rice are about the only others in TX with a shot of going to the postseason, with UH having a slight shot. Not a good baseball season for this tradition rich state.

Watched the game today. PG doesn't seem like anything special, with 2 or 3 kids that carry the team. Just a whole bunch of kids that play the game right, with they're fundamentals leading the way. It was a pleasure watching those kids play the game the right way. Same thing with Athens, they're just a young bunch.

Still not a great comparison IMO. Sanders was playing AGAINST good to great players. Swoopes was a superb QB/Athlete playing against a bunch of kids who couldn't even sniff JUCO ball and still couldn't produce more than 2 wins.
