A post earlier about you cant use a 2a program to win in AAAA. Trinity (HEB) won the 5A state championship multiple times with just pounding the rock. The thing is, you have to be committed to what you do and do it well. Any system will win if you have total buy in.

Does anyone think that the UIL will send Nacogdoches south, maybe into the following: Nacogdoches Livingston Caney Creek New Caney (dropping from 5A) Porter (new school in New Caney ISD) Humble (dropping from 5a) Kingwood Park Summer Creek (New school in Humble ISD) Would make a great HWY 59 district Lufkin is already going to New Caney and Conroe, and Nac. is but 18 miles further.

I have been told by coaches in Humble they will be going down to 4A. Atascocita opened two years ago and took kids from Humble High. Summer Creek is a new school that will be competing next year and they took kids from Humble High. Humble ISD now has 5 Schools: Humble High (going to 4A) Kingwood High 5A Atascocita High 5A Kingwood Park 4A Summer Creek 4A

How about sending Nac south with Livingston New Caney (dropping from 5a) Porter (new school in New Caney 1440 enrollment) Caney Creek Kingwood Park Humble (dropping from 5a) Summer Creek (Humble ISD new school) Lufkin already makes these trips and Nac is only 18 miles from Lufkin

DOES NOT WORK!!! Port Arthur combined 3 schools (TJ, SFA, Lincoln) into Memorial. What have they done? Victoria combined (High and Stroman) into one school and what have they done? Victoria is even going back to splitting the schools up again back into their original schools. There is no chemistry within the school. Old School Rivalries still exist within the school.
