  2. I dont know as there were many empty seats on that side of the stadium during the game...with all those empty seats they could put their band on their side and allow visitors more room...just my opine excellent game from both teams...PG made two more plays than Gilmer... Off Line of PG should get game MVP (#77) was abusing def. players for Gilmer
  3. Pick 'em...should be a fun game for spectators...good luck and no injuries to both squads...

  8. you using freaking summer league scores... Wow... smh...
  9. Defense looked good, however, got work to do on that side of ball..correctable items like getting off blocks, breaking down and making open field tackles, not allowing the backs/qb to break contain those type items will improve with game speed repetition...Marshall had some plays called back due to the flags... Offense looked good...pg backs had several good runs and three diff pg rb's outran marshall defenders to the endzone...oline got some work to do but with a couple of newbies playing that will improve Biggest surprise imo with Marshall was they got whipped physically my three cents view
  10. From my info contact 9/JV from 430p-530p Varsity start about 6'ish and finish about 8p

  14. Most schools have some type of supplemental policies to help with extracurricular injuries that require medical attention most of those policies are supplemental and not primary. It is beyond frustrating for all parties when a kid is injured and they can not get proper care due to no insurance. when i was a student (late 70's) parents could purchase their "own" supplemental policy that covered the extracurricular activities which is the route my parents took. some districts still send home the school insurance flyers for parents to purchase at their cost, I remember my kids bringing home those flyers not too long ago I would think that the schools started protecting themselves due to high profile injuries to students that resulted in litigation and secondary for students whose parents dont buy personal health insurance

  17. incorrect assumptions and never stated education/sports are equal...read the sentence IMO when a parent/you choose to exclude your child from a public school (via homeschool or private) then you made the choice to exclude from all aspects of the public school program I disagree with your statement on two points... in my past career I watched hundreds of kids who played sports or were in extras such as Ag Mechanics and how the activity & teacher positively affected their education and Schools test scores are based upon averages of all tests taken at a campus, so there will be (and there are examples) students who excel academically at a campus with an low pass ratio on STAAR tests
  18. PG at Pitt tonight at 6pm provided the field at the green egg dries out today
