Tough to argue with some of the logic in this segment. The kids play hard and if you don't like it....stop em! Even when the backups are in they are going to play hard so what it looks like to me is that Refugio's back ups are better than your starters. If you don't like it........work harder in the off-season. Step up your program. And that last coach that said it was just his way of saying you didn't have to score that last one. No it was your way of showing the players how little class you have loser. You can lose with dignity brother. That's even a greater lesson to the kids because they are taught to live to fight another day and to simply work harder. Those kids deserve to play 3 quarters and I agree with the logic. If I had a great team that lost 4 years in a row in the playoffs and it was because we weren't able to go 4 quarters you bet your money maker I would keep my kids in. And if the dive is not in my playbook,......I ain't runnin it. I'm gonna let my backups get used to running our system because I might need them and more importantly they get a time to prove something. I don't have a dog in this fight and before I saw this I could care less about Refugio but i'm on the bandwagon and supporting Coach Herring and the Bobcats.
