2011 was better and could have gotten better if chances were given. Sad. You have done great teachers and coaches and admin but you also have some lazy ones that are sneaky in what they do and have been there over 10 years. Hope you can hang in to your good ones for awhile and with new coming as well should be a good fit to get some positive going. With the last leadership there was no room for others to try and even use their skills. Some change wil be good. Hopefully some board member changes can take place too.
