Hughes Springs bring back the bulk of their pitching so I give them the favorite. Region 3 will be different because a lot of teams that were in Region 4 are now in Region 3 and 1A schools are now in 2A.. I see next year being a toss up kind of year, but it is very early to tell.

I agree that CH is beatable, but they have not lost a playoff game. I could see them losing one, but not two games.

I am amazed at Central Heights. They lost 6 or so seniors last year when they were State Runner up. And now they are back in the Regional Finals. Reminds me a lot of the Overton group of kids a couple years ago.

The kid he is referring to is #4, Haley, who has signed with the Oklahoma Sooners. No one plays the game harder than him. Everyone was sick of Edgewood players on the bench and fans running their mouth about every little thing. Edgewood has a great group of kids and young talent. They really just got beat by a better an older team. No shame in that. Good luck to the CH and great season Edgewood.

Then why did you want a one game? You do realize that the State Semi Final and State Championship are played back to back days. What's going to happen if y'all make it to the Championship and Gunner has already thrown 130+ pitches the previous night? Other kids have to get some playoff expirence if you want to WIN State.
