To that I would respond, Longview has had some of the best teams every assembled especially the 2005 squad absolutely talent every where. -

I'm sure there's some good coordinators out there, that would be great head coaches. I wouldn't look for a flashy or big name. I'd take a hungry up and coming guy. Again, I'm not bashing or saying fire King before Longview people come for me. I like King (Yes, I will keep saying that) -

With as much talent Longview has and for them to only have one state ring in Kings tenure I would seriously consider a new face. It's nothing against King I think he's a good coach, but maybe a new voice and new style would do wonders in Longview. 2 years of gut wrenching exits in the playoffs. Just my useless opinion. -

The audio only is terrible! You can't even hear them lol. -
Over and over. The O-Line told the coaches to keep running

I have to give credit to Kilgores offensive line. They absolutely dominated in the run game and Needville had zero answers for the smash mouth football. Kilgore threw the ball maybe 2 times in the 2nd half.
-
Much like CH, Kilgore will travel further once again lol. I sure wish our district was on the other side going up against Dallas.
-
Kilgore rolls..
-
Kilgore doesn't want the rose at all. Rather play in Longview.
-
Just a bad game from Kilgore. But, they kept fighting and got the victory.
-
Lumberton was just too slow to keep up with Needville.
-
I've heard a remix is in the works. Lol

Yep! And Bay City O-Line did not look good to me, I think Kilgore D-Line has a huge day in the outcome of the game. I also believe Kilgore O-Line might be the best Bay City has seen... definitely will come down to the trenches in this game.

My thinking has always been, the knee pads are usually really thin and wouldn't protect much anyway. Alot of knee injuries a thin knee pad isn't going to protect or help.

Agreed! I'm pretty sure he's the fastest on the team. Did you see where if he turned around he would have caught a Kickoff? Lol -

Kilgore was ultra vanilla on both sides of the ball. Offensively, Kilgore probably could have thrown a post or a go route every single time and the result would have been either a TD or holding call. Defensively, Kilgore doesn't sub out much and with Livingston constant runs you could tell they were tired, which gave up the lone td run. The second half looked how I thought the entire game would look. Hats off to Livingston they played hard literally until the final seconds of the game.
